We guarantee all of our products will be checked carefully before shipping them out. If you find the products have quality problems or defects when you open the parcel, we would be responsible for all shipping fees.
If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions.
Email a copy of your proof of purchase and a photo of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a brief reason for the return so that we can work to better improve our products.
Once our team has received your email, we can either offer you a refund, perform an even exchange with a different product, or if you’d like, we can reinstate the full amount in store credit to use as you see fit! This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If you do not receive an item as a result of providing us with the wrong delivery address, we are not responsible for providing you with a replacement item or refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the details you have provided us with are correct.
Any refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Due to Brexit and the impact on shipping times and taxes to be paid, we no longer accept returns from the UK.
